A 90-minute live virtual session where you play your way through discomfort and build capacity for uncertainty—without therapy, without fixing, without pressure to "heal faster."
This is the place where highly sensitive people move through emotions with more self-compassion and ease.

Each 90-minute session is a carefully crafted blend of permission, play, and possibility.
Here's the flow:
We gather. We breathe. We check in with where we are right now. You'll get grounded in your body and connected to the group energy. No pressure to be "on". Just be.
Here's where REBEL Recess gets fun. We'll dance, shake, stretch, scribble, and hum. Using our bodies, we'll process the emotions our minds can't logic their way through.
After we move, we talk. You'll share (if you want to) and witness others sharing. No performative BS. No toxic positivity. Just honest, compassionate truth-telling.
We close with a grounding practice and a gentle invitation to honor what you just learned about yourself in one small way. No big commitments. No urgency. Just a soft next step.
After this 90-minute session, you'll have:
A clearer sense of where self-sacrifice shows up in your life (without shame or judgment)
Permission to feel messy, uncertain, and still worthy of care (because you are)
At least one somatic tool you can use when emotions feel overwhelming
Connection with other HSPs who get it (you're not alone in this)
A soft next step (no pressure, just possibility)

For years, I was the poster child for self-sacrifice.
I played the "team" game and silenced my brilliance so my coworkers could shine. I delayed launching my business because I didn't think I was "good enough" yet.
I borrowed from savings, maxed out credit cards, and buried myself in debt to bail friends and family out of their messes—then felt guilty when I couldn't give more.
I answered every call, text, and email asking to "pick my brain" or get "quick" support. My energy didn't matter. My needs didn't matter. I forced myself to show up.
I dated people who made me feel hidden and ignored, so I sculpted myself into the "perfect" girlfriend, hoping one day I'd be rewarded with someone who'd actually see me.
I was drowning in being the "generous good girl".

I created REBEL Recess for highly sensitive people who wanna do the same. For those of us who are tired of being "strong," exhausted from people-pleasing, and ready to try something different—but aren't quite ready for the deep, long-term work yet.

You've got questions. We've got answers.
Nope. You don't need to be a dancer, an artist, or emotionally "ready." You just need to show up as you are. Messy, uncertain, skeptical—all welcome.
Totally fine. You can keep your camera off during the entire session. Though I will say: there's something powerful about being seen in your humanness. But you get to decide what feels safe.
After you register, you'll receive a welcome email with your Zoom link within 24 hours. A reminder email with the link will be sent 24 hours before the session, and a final reminder 1 hour before we start.
No. REBEL Recess™ is live-only with no replays. This creates a container of safety and presence. What happens in Recess stays in Recess.
No problem! Each session stands alone. Come to the ones that call to you. There's no attendance requirement.
If you feel things deeply, get overwhelmed easily, need time to process, or have been told you're "too sensitive"—you're HSP enough. And if you're still not sure, that's okay too. Trust your gut.
Great question! REBEL Recess™ is your entry point—short, playful, low-commitment. It's about recognizing patterns and building capacity for discomfort. Think of Recess as the appetizer to other REBEL events.
REBEL Recess™ is not therapy, and I'm not providing clinical services during these sessions. The strategies we practice during each session are meant to complement—not replace—therapeutic support. A journal or notebook
Something fun to write with (crayons, gel pens & markers all welcomed!)

All sales are final. After registration closes, transfers and refunds are no longer available, as your $50 registration secures your spot and helps me plan accordingly.
Each REBEL Recess session explores a different theme as you navigate the messy middle of transformation. January focuses on "The Cost of Being Strong"—revealing self-sacrifice patterns that keep you stuck.
Future themes include permission to make a mess, reclaiming joy, somatic wisdom, validation without fixing, and celebrating how far you've come.
